I'm unable to confirm the Start and End times for the booking immediatly. Can I let you know later?

Yes. The booking start and end times can be changed 30 days prior to the event.

How much is the deposit to book PixelBooth?

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit payable via Interac email money transfer. Don’t worry, we allow changes to the booking up to 7 days prior to the event.

How much space do you require?

We will require a space of roughly 10ft by 10ft that must be accessible to a nearby electrical outlet. However, we can work with you to set up in a smaller space if required. We also require a table.

What is your service area? Are there out-of-town travel fees?

Travel within 100Km round trip travel from our office in Scarborough is free and included (based on quickest, non-toll route paths on Google Maps). All excess distance will be charged at a rate of $0.50/Km.

What if the booth runs into problems?

This rarely happens. However, we will be providing at least 2 on-site attendants to ensure smooth operation of the photo booth

What if we want to pause PixelBooth for a couple of hours?

We can arrange for “Idle Time” service. Please contact us for more information.

Does the host get a copy of all photo strips?

Yes. The host will have private access to an online album with all photo strips taken at the event.

How long does the set-up and tear-down take?

Set-up and tear-down will each take approximately 45mins. It will NOT be counted towards the operating time.

I'm no good at graphic design. Will you help us design the photo strips?

We have many artwork samples that you can choose form. We can also help you with a custom design if you have something specific in mind. We NEVER put our logo on the template!

I'm a graphic designer and would like to provide my own graphics for the strips. Is this possible?

Yes. If you would like to provide us with your own artwork, we will provide you with the design specifications.

What is the size of the printer photo strips?

We print 2″ x 6″ photo strips for your guests.

Do you provide discounts for charity groups?

We offer a special rate for verifiable charitable organizations. Please contact us to learn more.

What is your policy regarding privacy?

We have kept privacy concerns in mind as we’ve developed our business. Email distribution is an opt-in program where users may choose to provide us with their contact information. We use this information to deliver a personalized email with an unique ID number for their own photo strip as well as a secure passcode. Both of these are required to download the high resolution images from our website. Without this information, the photo strip and the associated original photos cannot be accessed. Choosing not to provide us with an email address will still provide users with the enjoyment of a physical copy of their photos. We do not sell our guests’ contact information and we attempt to protect this information as best we can. The only contact we make is to deliver the aforementioned codes. In comparison, other companies choose to provide guests with a single online gallery where all guests can view and download every image. Some have pin access to these galleries while others do not.
